Computerbilties Saves Me Both Time and Money

Computerbilities has benefited my company tremendously by saving me both time and money. I no longer employ a full time-IT person, but I am still able to contact someone at a moment’s notice. Another benefit the ability I have to talk to and resolve my issue much faster than with previous IT companies I have dealt with. I know longer have to call and open a ticket which was sometimes not addressed for days with those other previous companies. Overall, Computerbilities has been great! They are extremely responsive, knowledgeable and always looking for ways to get the job done right for the least amount of cost.  I love that they are local and never have a problem coming onsite to diagnose or meet with us about an idea or problem. As a small business owner, these are definitely traits I appreciate in my service providers.

With Computerbilities You Get What You Pay For

Computerbilities is not be the cheapest IT company in the Triangle, but you always get what you pay for; with Computerbilities you get the best.  I warn people to be warry of the cheapest IT company in the area, they generally try to nickel and dime or sell you on equipment. Computerbilities does neither. Adam does not make much of selling computer equipment, but does want to make sure you get the right equipment. Additionally, Adam has saved us time and money by encouraging our network be monitored and backed up through the cloud. I was very thankful we did when we had a cyber-attack and had to go back multiple days for clean-up. Manual tape backups are prone to human error and now we are always notified if we have a bad back up through the cloud and Adam takes care of the situation.
