Pay As You Go
The Pay As You Go IT Program offers IT services as you need them and is billed at a $115.00 per hour.
Programs
In most instances we believe utilizing one of our program options make the most sense for your business. We invite you to take our 30-day Network Challenge.
This allows you to try any one of our three service packages for 30 days. If at the end of the 30-day period you are not delighted with the results we have provided, then you don’t pay …. Period!
In addition all programs include our No- Worries Constant Monitoring Service which ensures that you will always be in the most cost-efficient, appropriate IT program for your business needs.
All programs require a minimum of one year commitment.
Silver
The Silver IT Program is ideal for a company that has an IT person on staff or has a person who has secondary responsibilities for the IT function. The company may want to enhance their IT protection with the Silver Program. The Silver Program includes:
- 1 Year Contract
- Monitor workstations and servers
- Virus protection of workstations and servers
- Customer use of monitoring software
- $30.00/Workstation, $90.00/Server per month
- A Hourly rates will be discounted from $115.00/Hour to $95.00/Hour
- A minimum of ten hours must be purchased to qualify for the discount
- For the duration of the year, anytime the client’s hourly balance falls below 8 hours, the balance will automatically renew for ten additional hours
Gold
The Gold IT Program is ideal for any business that wants a collaborative approach for their IT requirements.
Same as Bronze PLUS…
- Consult with client and make recommendations for improvement of network
- Check backup monthly
- MS Updates whitelisted and installed
- Customer use of monitoring software
- Regular maintenance of computers and servers
- ✓ Memory Optimization
- ✓ Disk Cleanup
- ✓ Disk Defrag
- ✓ Operating System maintenance
- 15 Minutes per workstation 30 minutes per server discretionary time
- $45.00/Workstation, $125.00/Server per month
- Additional labor may be pre-purchased for $95.00/Hour
- All additional (not pre-purchased) labor we perform is $115.00.00/Hour
Platinum
The Platinum IT program is perfect for any business that doesn’t have an IT department and wants a worry-free network.
Same as Gold PLUS…
- Inventory hardware and software
- Virus Removal
- $85.00/Workstation, $199.00/Server per month
- Includes maintenance of all server operating systems, including MS Exchange
- Includes .75 hour/month/workstation discretionary time
- Includes 2 hour /month/server discretionary time
- Contract DOES NOT include:
- Setup /Installations of new servers
- Support of ‘third-party” software, solution providers, etc.
- Project/Integration Work
- Line of Business Applications
- Hardware Replacement Cost
- Backup and Tape Rotation
- Cabling/Wiring
- Off Hours work
