Just because you have outsourced your IT services does not mean you will never see our IT staff. We understand the importance of face-to-face time and sometimes you need more than a phone call. Our help desk technology has dramatically cut back on in-office calls but we interpersonally communicate with our clients on a regular basis. Out managed service package includes an allotted time for troubleshooting and server issues. Ultimately we will be there to provide top-notch computer support, whether it be in-office or over the phone, we are here to listen and help with your computer problems.
