Business hours: 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. All onsite support is limited to these hours. Unlimited onsite covers scheduled incidents and routine tasks within agreed systems and locations; projects, major deployments and major remediation remain separate.

24/7 automated monitoring is included in every plan. Leadership’s staffed 24/7 Level 1 service is remote and begins after activation. Response targets and escalation are documented in your agreement.

A STARTING POINT FOR YOUR TEAM

Which plan fits your construction business?

10–49 supported users

Start with Foundation or Blueprint. Foundation provides everyday support and a managed endpoint-security baseline. Consider Blueprint when your growing office and field team needs included Microsoft 365 Backup, email and identity protection, more onsite support and a proactive roadmap.

50–250 supported users

Start with Blueprint or Leadership. Blueprint combines coordinated support, recovery testing and planning. Consider Leadership when you need vCIO guidance, 24/7 remote Level 1 coverage, Zero Trust and SASE access, and more structured recovery and staff-readiness work.

Explore managed and co-managed IT for 50–250 users →

A smaller contractor with complex operations may benefit from Leadership. A larger organization with its own IT staff may need a tailored co-managed arrangement. We recommend scope after reviewing your people, systems, locations and responsibilities.

All three plans have a five-user minimum. These team-size ranges guide the conversation; they do not automatically determine your plan.

Turn the plan into practical construction support

Help your office and field teams work together

  • Routine, approved crew onboarding and offboarding changes.
  • Help with covered access incidents on approved field devices, including tablets.
  • Review the applications and project files your team needs away from the office.
  • Coordinate covered vendor issues and plan around bidding, payroll and billing deadlines.

New jobsite deployments, new access systems and major technology changes receive their own project scope.

Make responsibilities and next actions visible

Your service scorecard or executive summary brings together recurring issues, service trends, device and security status, backup or recovery results, open risks, owners, due dates and upcoming decisions.

Use our Construction IT Checklist & Downtime Plan and Invoice-Fraud Prevention Kit to support the conversation.

Clear support terms. Fewer surprises.

What counts as a supported user?

A supported user is a person whose agreed business technology needs we support. The standard scope starts with one managed workstation per supported user. Additional PCs, shared devices and field-only roles are scoped individually. User count can differ from payroll headcount; we confirm the covered people, devices, workloads and locations in your proposal.

Is there a minimum team size?

Every plan has a five-user minimum. The 10–49 and 50–250 ranges on our service pages help you explore common support arrangements; they are not the minimum engagement or a rule that assigns a plan by headcount.

When is support available?

Business hours are 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. All onsite support takes place during these hours. Foundation and Blueprint remote help also follows this schedule, with after-hours remote support available as an add-on. Leadership includes 24/7 first-line remote intake and troubleshooting after activation. Higher-level escalation follows the documented severity and escalation process.

What does unlimited onsite support cover?

Blueprint and Leadership include scheduled onsite support for covered incidents and routine tasks on agreed systems at agreed locations during business hours. There is no monthly hour bank for eligible work. Visits are prioritized by business impact and scheduled with you. Projects, major deployments and major remediation require a separate proposal. Unlimited service volume does not guarantee an immediate response or uninterrupted operation.

How does Foundation’s onsite hour work?

Foundation includes one scheduled onsite service hour per organization per month during business hours. Unused time does not roll over. Additional onsite time is available as an add-on. Normal local travel to agreed locations does not reduce included service time; out-of-area travel is scoped separately.

Are backups included?

Microsoft 365 Backup is included in Blueprint and Leadership and is available as an add-on to Foundation. Protected workloads, retention, licensing and capacity are defined in the proposal. Backup monitoring applies to contracted protected assets. Recovery tests cover agreed samples or workloads within the plan’s time allowance; they do not test every system or guarantee recovery in every scenario.

Can we add a security service to another plan?

Yes. Foundation includes EDR with SOC monitoring. Blueprint adds Microsoft 365 Backup, Email Security and ITDR. Leadership adds Zero Trust and SASE VPN security. A listed security service not included in your selected plan is available as an add-on. We confirm the products, protected users and devices, implementation and response responsibilities in the proposal.

What stays outside the monthly plan?

Onboarding and initial documentation, hardware, separately scoped software subscriptions, infrastructure and capacity outside included services, office moves, server replacements, major network installations, large Microsoft 365 migrations, new deployments, major remediation and automation implementation require separate scope. Independent penetration testing, formal CMMC assessments and certification also remain separate. Leadership’s operational reviews and contractor guidance are advisory services, not independent audits or certification.

Why do we start with a scoping conversation?

Two contractors with the same headcount may have different field devices, business applications, locations, recovery needs and internal IT responsibilities. We review those details before recommending a plan. Your written proposal identifies included services, add-ons, support hours, response targets, escalation and separate project work so you can make an informed comparison.
